Adıyaman ve Şanlıurfa-Hilvan şartlarında yazlık arpa genotiplerinde verim ve bazı kalite kriterlerinin araştırılması

Abstract
Bu araştırma 2009-2010 yetiştirme sezonunda Adıyaman ve Şanlıurfa-Hilvan lokasyonlarında yağışa dayalı şartlarda yürütülmüştür. Denemede, materyal olarak ICARDA ve Ege Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü’ nden elde edilen 10 adet ileri kademede hat ile birlikte Şahin 91(iki sıralı) ve Vamıkhoca 98 (6 sıralı) çeşitleri kontrol amaçlı kullanılmıştır. Denemeler tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre dört tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Varyans analiz sonuçlarına göre incelenen özellikler bakımından genotipler, lokasyonlar arasında ve genotip lokasyon interaksiyonlarında % 1 ve % 5 seviyesinde önemli farklılıklar belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda farklı lokasyonlardan elde edilen ortalama sonuçlara göre; başaklanma süresi 92.0 ile 113.5 gün, bitki boyu 61.9 ile 85.0 cm, hektolitre ağırlığı 61.9 ile 70.9 kg/hl, bin tane ağırlığı 35.5 ile 44.0 g, tane verimi 140.9 ile 389.0 kg da-1 arasında değişmiştir. Değişen çevre koşullarına bağlı olarak 1 ve 12 nolu hatlar araştırmada kontrol olarak kullanılan çeşitlere göre daha verimli oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca 8 nolu hat kalite kriterleri bakımından ön plana çıkmıştır. Bu araştırmada kullanılan ileri kademedeki hatlardan ümitvar sonuçlar elde edilmiş ve araştırmanın yürütüldüğü çevre koşullarında çeşit adayı olabilecekleri sonucuna varılmıştır.
The investigation was carried out in 2009-2010 growing season in Adıyaman and Sanlıurfa/Hilvan rainfall conditions. In this study, 10 advanced lines obtained from Aegean Agricultural Research Institute and ICARDA(International Centre for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas) with two control varieties, Şahin 91 (two rows) and Vamıkhoca 98 (6 rows), were used. Experiments were carried out with four replications according to the design of random blocks. According to the results of variance analysis, significant differences were found between genotypes, locations, and genotype location interactions at 1% and 5% levels, According to the results obtained from the average two-location, the results showed that heading time was changed between 92.0 and 113.5 days, plant height between 61.9 and 85.0 cm, hectoliter weight between 61.9 and 70.9 kg hl-1 , thousand grain weight between 35.5 and 44.0 g and grain yield between 1409 with 3890 kg ha-1 . Depending on the changing environmental conditions, lines 1 and 12 were found to be more efficient than the controls used in the study. On the other hand, the genotype 8 showed best performance on quality criteria among genotypes. Promising results were obtained from the advanced lines used in this study and it was concluded that they could be a candidate for variety in this environmental conditions.
