Abstract
Pulmoner arter sarkomları nadir görülür. Klinik ve radyolojik bulguların özgün olmaması nedeniyle genellikle tanı ameliyat sırasında veya otopsilerde konur. Hemoptizi yakınmasıyla araştırılan 53 yaşında erkek olgunun göğüs röntgenogramlarında ve BT incelemesinde sağ akciğer hilusunda kitle ve akciğerde nodül saptandı. BT eşliğinde transtorasik iğne biyopsisi yapılarak pulmoner arter sarkomu tanısı kondu. Bu yazıda, olgumuzun klinik ve radyolojik bulguları literatür verileri ışığında sunulmuştur.
Primary pulmonary artery sarcomas are extremely rare tumors. The clinical presentation and radiological findings of these tumors are usually nonspesific, and correct diagnosis is often delayed until surgical exploration and autopsy in performed. Chest radiograph and CT examination showed right hilar mass and a nodule in the right lower lobe in a 53-year-old man with a history of hemoptysis. CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy of the mass was revealed sarcoma of the pulmonary artery. In this report, we present clinical and radiological findings of a case of pulmonary artery sarcoma in the light of literature.
