Yemlerine farklı miktarlarda sodyum bikarbonat eklenen hindilerde hematolojik araştırmalar

Abstract
Bu çalışmada toplam 200 adet günlük hindi yavrusu araştırma materyali olarak kullanıldı. Araştırma, her biri 40 adet hindiden meydana gelen 1 kontrol, 4 deneme olmak üzere 5 grup halinde yürütüldü. Deneme gruplarındaki hayvanların yemlerine % 0.25, % 0.50, % 0.75 ve % 1 oranında sodyum bikarbonat (NaHCO3) eklendi. Hindiler 98 günlük olduklarında kesilerek her gruptan 10’ar hayvan olmak üzere toplam 50 hayvandan kan örnekleri alındı. Alınan kan örnekleri hematokrit, hemoglobin, alyuvar sodyum ve potasyum değerleri yönünden incelendi. Hematokrit değerler kontrol grubunda % 38.9, diğer gruplarda ise sırasıyla % 37.4, 36.5, 37.2, 39.1’dir. Hemoglobin değerleri kontrol grubunda 11.0 g/100 ml, diğer gruplarda ise 10.9, 10.9, 10.4, 11.5 gr/100 ml ’dir. Alyuvar sodyum ve potasyum değerleri sırasıyla kontrol grubunda 17.7, 56.4 mmol/lt olarak bulunmuştur. Diğer gruplardaki değerler de sırasıyla 16.7-55.1, 18.2-51.0, 16.3-54.2, 15.5-48.6 mmol/lt’dir.
In this study, 250 (day-old) turkeys were used as a research material. This studv was carriedout in 5 groups, of each composedof 50 totkeys. I. group was kept as a control and 2, 3, 4, 5 groups were experimental groups. Experimental groups were fed with the food, added with 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 1 % sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) Turkeys (90 days old) were slaughtered, and 10 blood samples were takenfrom each group. Blood samples were examined for hematocrit, haemoglobin and red cell sodium and potassium. Hematocrit values were in the groups 38.9, 37.4, 36.5, 37.2, 39.1 % respectively. Haemoglobin values were 11.0 g/100 ml in the control group and 10.9, 10.9, 10.4, 11.5 gr/100 ml in the other groups.
