dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted in order to suggestion of some selection indices for Holstein cattle in Turkey. The material of the research were composed of yield, SCS and type traits belong to 3.000 daughters raised of 100 sires in 150 herds. The MTDFREML package program was used for estimation of variance components and breeding values. As a result, five indices were discussed for Turkey.en_US
dc.description.abstractBu araştırma Türkiye’de Siyah Alaca sığırlar için çeşitli seleksiyon indekslerini önermek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın materyalini 100 boğanın 150 işletmede yetiştirilen 3.000 kızına ait verim, somatik hücre sayısı ve dış görünüş özelliklerine ait değerler oluşturmuştur. Varyans unsurları ve damızlık değerlerin tahmin edilmesinde MTDFREML isimli program kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Türkiye için beş farklı indeks tartışılmıştır.tr_TR
