dc.description.abstractBir erkek hastanın sağ gözünde klinik olarak malign melanomu taklit eden ve floresein anjiografi ile ayırıcı tanısı yapılan bir koroidea hernalomu takdim edilmiştir. FFA 'da lezyonun koroidal floresansı maskelemesi ve geç fazlarda boyanmaması ile RPE'unun hemorajik dekolmanı-koroideal hematom tanısı konmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractA Choroideal hernaloma which was clinically similar to a choroideal malignant melanoma and was differentiated by FFA, was presented. FFA revealed complete obstruction of background choroidal fluorescence and there was no evidence in the later phase of staining in the region of the lesion.en_US
